A Sandton based going concern is looking for an honest, efficient and friendly Office Manager.Duties:
- Reception / Front Office Duties;
- Processing of timesheets;
- Typing of Letter / Documents as needed;
- Timesheet management;
- Travel Coordination;
- Assisting with Insurance updates / schedules;
- General Administration.
Minimum Requirements:
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook proficient;
- Senior / Matric Certificate;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Good interpersonal, communication & organisational skills;
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.

Various tests will be done at interview stage to gauge personality type / fit and competencies._ Please allow 1hr for this AND the interview itself.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
R7, R11,500.00 per month
