Description
A Sandton based going concern is looking for an honest, efficient and friendly Office Manager.


Duties:


  • Reception / Front Office Duties;
  • Processing of timesheets;
  • Typing of Letter / Documents as needed;
  • Timesheet management;
  • Travel Coordination;
  • Assisting with Insurance updates / schedules;
  • General Administration.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook proficient;
  • Senior / Matric Certificate;
  • Good written and spoken English;
  • Good interpersonal, communication & organisational skills;
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
Own Vehicle & Basic Accounting knowledge will be advantageous.

Various tests will be done at interview stage to gauge personality type / fit and competencies._ Please allow 1hr for this AND the interview itself.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R7, R11,500.00 per month
