We are seeking a Project Facilitator for a 3-year contract vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria in full:

NQF Level 6 or higher or equivalent degree / diploma; Project Management qualification preferable

Valid driver's license and willing to travel throughout EC

3+ years relevant experience in a similar role

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:***-
Clearly define and document each project and ensure timely delivery
***:
-
Collaborate with stakeholders regarding project
***:
-
Interpret project drawings and construct scope of work
***:
-
Obtain permits and licenses and determine needed resources
***:
-
Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadline to be met
***:
-
Monthly pipeline planning process and manage project quality
***:
-
Cost saving initiatives and adherence to all health and safety standards
***:
-
RISK analysis and reporting for CAPEX and maintenance
***:
-
Re-branding portfolio owner and process improvement
***:
-
Liaison with contractors
***:
-
Majority travel throughout EC to oversee the re-branding process
***:
-
Co-ordinate the different groups of people involved and ensure quality is maintained

Salary: R pm for contract duration + cell, laptop, company vehicle
