    We are seeking an experienced e-learning expert to join our team at Adapt IT Group, a market leader in developing specialised vertical market software and digitally-led business solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Moodle Learning Support: Provide first line support for Moodle and other e-learning solutions dedicated to our clients. Attend to tickets created by users and stakeholders on the internal e-ticketing system related to relevant digital platforms. Perform root cause analysis of customer issues and ensure all tasks are completed within service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor ticket responses and engage relevant staff members responsible for queries or with supervisory persons to facilitate provision of responses to user queries.
    • Moodle End User and Technical Application Support: Troubleshoot questions and technical issues that arise from resetting a password to completing a course. Assist with Moodle software upgrades, software errors, server performance, and plugin installation. Conduct Moodle LMS audits, health checks, and platform optimisation recommendations. Offer low-level training or walkthrough support to lecturers on the use of Moodle tools such as creating online assessment activities and offer training or walkthrough support to lecturers on the creation and uploading of course content onto Moodle.

    Requirements

    • At least one year working with Moodle or other e-learning applications.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in HTML, PHP, and CSS in an e-learning environment.
    • Able to work well in a fast-paced organisation and be a team player.

    Desirable Qualifications

    • BTech: IT / Computer Science degree or diploma.
    • Moodle LMS experience and certification is an advantage.
