- C-Level Matters: Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to manage C-Level matters.
- Representative Role: Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as personal events and/or family needs.
- Calendar Organization: Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.
- Education: Degree in Public Relations or similar.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant and Public Relations Officer.
- Skills: Expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; excellent oral and written communication skills; people-centric approach; flexibility; organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills; confidentiality; English speaking.
