The Person:


  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Financial Controller/Bookkeeping or similar position.
  • Retail experience an advantage.

The Job:


  • Collaborate and closely liaise with Project Administrator to ensure/provide oversight in terms of correct cost classification during project lifecycle.
  • Prepare supporting schedules/calculations based on project requirements obtained from the Finance Analyst.
  • Review timesheets captured on projects for correct cost classification.
  • Monitor actual spend vs budgeted spend on projects and alert project team on deviations.
  • Prepare projectrelated recoveries including the preparation of SAP cost recovery calculations.
  • Identify areas of internal and/or external assurance, legal and other expertise as required.
  • Build and manage trust relationships with key business and thirdparty stakeholders including any related deliverables.
  • Adhoc duties as required by management.
