Recruitment policy and procedure applied by all Line managers
Ensure transparent and thorough recruitment process
Ensure buy in and implementation of action plans to attain Business Transformation Target
Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Ensure total EE Forum structure is fully functional procedural compliance Audit
Implement and monitor succession management
Implementing effective human capital cost management initiatives
Strategic human capital reporting and business partnering
Effective monitoring and evaluation of responsible corporate citizen interventions
Ensure performance management process are understood and fully implemented
Facilitate talent management process and talent grid placement with functional / business leaders
Preparation and presentation of cases (conciliation /arbitration) at external dispute resolution bodies (Bargaining Council/CCMA)
Coordinating and attending of disciplinaries e.g. making sure correct policies and procedures are followed
Trusted advisor to relevant stakeholders
Determine the appropriateness of HC interventions relative to business units strategic plan and their Implications with
Executive Director:
Human Capital and Transformation.
