    Sales and Marketing Strategies

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing professional to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our abattoirs products to target markets.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, market segmentation, and customer relationship management. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote abattoirs products to target markets.
    • Buid and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service distributors.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and business channels to expand market reach.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
    • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report on sales results.
    • Organize and attend trade shows, events, and meetings with clients to build brand awareness and increase sales.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are met promptly and professionally.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food, meat, or agriculture industry.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales, including market segmentation and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • Knowledge of the meat industry, food safety regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
    • Ability to travel and attend events as needed.
