• Actively participate in onsite electrical tasks, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, alongside the team.
• Manage, train, and lead a team of electricians and support personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Develop detailed reports on project progress, budgeting, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Manage the procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency in the region.

• Certified Electrician with a valid wireman's license.
• Extensive experience as an electrician, with a significant portion in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to perform handson electrical tasks with precision and safety.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
