Nu Metro is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.

Exhibitor marketing encompasses all the customer-facing activities to create a fun, engaging, unified and meaningful experience that highlights our competitive strengths and ensures that Nu Metro is the entertainment destination of choice.

We strive to remain at the forefront of providing exciting experiences that increase admissions, traffic, brand profile, revenue and profit for Nu Metro.

The relevant areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

People Management
full management function of the team,

Studio Partnerships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with studios and distributors,

Reward Partnerships

Develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing Partners,
Mall Marketingactive relationships with all mall management of every cinema and procuring real estate for further promotion of the brand and product via collaboration with mall marketing plans.

Duties include but are not limited to,

Provide followup, clarity, and communication for each stage of marketing production assignments and mall events.
Write and distribute internal and external communication.
Assist with development of annual marketing plans and associated budgets the business.
Support content creation for proposals including editing and a strategic eye to ensure effective communication.
Handle multiple assignments while working within deadlines.
Possess knowledge of production process to produce and deliver proposals on time.
Assist in external promotion of the firm to support various growth goals.
Oversee lead and pursuit tracking in CRM database in collaboration with cinemas and malls.
Plans to be done together with studios and distributors.

Requirements of the role

Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent professional qualification,
Minimum 5 years marketing manager experience,
Strong relationship building skills,
Networking skills,
Attention to details,
Metricsdriven marketing mind with eye for creativity,
Strong analytical and project management skills,
Ability to adapt to change,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Strategic thinking,

Salary:
R40 000,00 per month
