    Position Summary
    As a PrEng Civil at Geotheta PTY, you will take charge of directing and overseeing various civil engineering initiatives from inception to completion. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee the successful execution of projects while adhering to defined parameters.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgetary limits, and quality benchmarks.
    • Engage with clients, contractors, and team members to establish project goals, scope, and deliverables.
    • Draft and assess engineering designs, calculations, technical specifications, and documentation.
    • Conduct feasibility assessments, site evaluations, and risk analyses.
    • Supervise the creation of tender documents, including cost assessments and project timelines.
    • Track and review project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any challenges or delays.
    • Offer technical assistance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
    • Professional Engineer (PrEng) certification.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, emphasizing project management.
    • Proficient in relevant software tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis applications.
    • Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
    • Capacity to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes within stringent deadlines.
