We are looking for a young, vibrant Reservationist to join our Front Office team at our Hotel in Durban.


This Position isfor youIF:


  • You have a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
  • You are meticulous, systematic, attentive, and well organized with excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
  • You have a passion for service and guests.
  • You are proficient with IT software packages such as Opera and Microsoft Office.
  • You work accurately under pressure with mínimal supervision.
  • You adhere to internal Procedures and the ONOMO spirit
  • You have a keen interest in hospitality and keep up to date on hospitality trends in the market.
  • You have proven experience in a similar role for the last 5 years
