Job Summary:

As a Video Content Editor at Crypto School, you will be responsible for creating and editing content that drives user acquisition and engagement across all of our marketing channels, with a specific focus on our YouTube channel.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and our video content producers to develop innovative and creative strategies that increase our brand awareness, build our audience, and drive registrations for our Crypto Trading courses.

Responsibilities:

Create and edit engaging and informative content across all of our marketing channels, with a focus on our YouTube channel; as well as Twitter, Instagram and TikTok with shortform content.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and our video content producers to develop and execute innovative and creative user acquisition strategies that increase brand awareness and drive registrations for our Crypto Trading courses.
Ensure that all content produced is of the highest quality and aligns with the Crypto School brand and messaging.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that content produced aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in marketing and content creation, and use that knowledge to improve our content and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field would be advantageous.
2+ years of experience in content creation and editing, preferably in the digital marketing or cryptocurrency industries.
Strong storytelling skills and ability to find narratives in order to create compelling video content.
Be familiar with YouTube content and its best practices for driving user acquisition and engagement, as well as other social media types of content (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
Strong knowhow with Adobe Creative Cloud software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Some experience with data and analytics tools to monitor and optimize content performance would be advantageous.

Salary:
From R20,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 2023/09/01
