    The ideal candidate should be based in Eastern Cape.

    We are seeking a driven and competitive pharmaceutical sales representative to bridge our company with healthcare professionals. The successful individual must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a persuasive personality to excel in this fast-paced environment. As a vaccines sales rep, the primary goal will be to promote our products to address customer needs, increasing visibility and maximizing sales.

    This field-based position involves daily contact with customers, necessitating strong communication skills and adaptability.

    About the Role

    1. Determine client requirements and recommend suitable products.
    2. Meet with targeted doctors and health care providers, utilizing sales expertise to persuade them to prescribe our company's products.
    3. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
    4. Develop robust business relationships with customers, leading to satisfaction and loyalty.
    5. Collaborate closely with the Vaccines Cross Functional Team to achieve territory portfolio objectives.
    6. Maintain accurate customer information by sharing data through the CRM system and other tools.
    7. Utilize CRM data and personal experience to ensure timely updates of customer information.
    8. Promote products ethically and within compliance, adhering to our sales process and approved marketing strategy.
    9. Schedule appointments with Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals, Nurses, and relevant stakeholders.
    10. Deliver presentations to targeted doctors and medical personnel for this portfolio.
    11. Organize continued medical education (CME) for doctors and other medical staff.
    12. Provide training on company brands to medical professionals and accounts.
    13. Maintain operational effectiveness standards.
    14. Manage budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc.).
    15. Understand dynamics of private and government sectors, including doctor and institution relationships.
    16. Respond promptly to business issues within a short timeframe.

    Requirements:

    1. Be well-organized and exhibit a high work ethic.
    2. Demonstrate initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.
    3. Attention to detail is essential.
    4. Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure, especially in crisis situations.
    5. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues is required.

    Position Qualifications:

    1. Degree or diploma in the medical or para-medical field; a BSC Degree is advantageous.
    2. Minimum of 2 Years Pharmaceutical selling experience.

    Desirable Experience and Skills:

    1. Superior time management skills.
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    3. Computer literacy: Excel/PowerPoint.
