- Provide training on company brands to medical professionals and accounts.
- Maintain operational effectiveness standards.
- Manage budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, hospitality, etc.).
- Understand dynamics of private and government sectors, including doctor and institution relationships.
- Respond promptly to business issues within a short timeframe.
- Be well-organized and exhibit a high work ethic.
- Demonstrate initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure, especially in crisis situations.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues is required.
- Degree or diploma in the medical or para-medical field; a BSC Degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 Years Pharmaceutical selling experience.
- Superior time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy: Excel/PowerPoint.
