Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the companys technology strategy and roadmap.
  
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.
  
• Manage and lead a team of technology professionals, providing guidance and support.
  
• Manage the BI team to produce accurate, real time data to influence decision-making across the business.
  
• Ensure the security and integrity of the companys technology infrastructure.
  
• Manage and ensure responsiveness and uptime of internal systems and cloud-based platforms.
  
• Manage system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation.
  
• Implementing the strategy for the Learning Technology team to improve the Online Campus continuously and user experience.
  
• Work with the Marketing team to manage the company website.
  
• Manage technology budgets and resources effectively.
  
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Establish and enforce technology policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data protection.
  
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organisation
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the technology team.
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CTO or similar roles
  
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
  
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Leadership and organisational abilities
  
• Strategic thinking
  
• Problem-solving aptitude
  
• BSc/BCom in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
  

Technical acumen:

• ZohoCRM or similar CRM systems
  
• Exposure to Qlikview/Qliksense
  
• Google Cloud Platform
  
• Experience with Moodle
  
• Previous experience as a developer or development manager
  
• Wordpress experience
  

Working hours: Monday - Friday
