The Role:


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our regional Marketing team as a Community Specialist. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting with people online and offline, you could be the perfect fit Being able to wear many hats and finding innovative ways to solve new problems are musts for this role. Although challenging, you will have all the support, training, and tools you need to succeed. This is an opportunity to thrive and grow in a professional and fun environment.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Build, grow, and manage our online communities by engaging with users across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram and others, and driving conversations that are relevant to our brand
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase user participation, foster brand loyalty, and drive growth in our community
  • Monitor social media conversations and social listening channels to gather insights about our community and provide feedback that can be used to enhance our products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute community engagement campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Analyse metrics and generate reports to track the success of our community engagement campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates to amplify our brand's reach, promote our products and services, and increase community engagement
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new social media platforms to develop innovative community engagement strategies

Main requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of social media and forums, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Experience with social listening tools, such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate reports to track the success of community engagement campaigns
  • Creative thinker with a passion for community building
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
