Description

Key responsibilities include the following**:


  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) first level technical support to staff and students.
  • Ensure that all support provided in accordance with the universities policies and procedures due to the sensitivity of information.
  • Provide LMS training and workshops.
  • Manage client relations
  • Be willing to work after hours when required

Minimum academic requirements and experieence:


  • Diploma in Information Technology (NQF 6)
  • 3 Years of workrelated experience

Desirable Requirements**:


  • Work experience within a postgraduate environment
  • Indepth understanding on different learning management systems
