    GROUP TALENT ATTRACTION SPECIALIST ROLE

    Our client, a prominent giant in the manufacturing, franchising, and retail industry, seeks a highly motivated Group Talent Attraction Specialist to join the Human Capital team.

    The Role

    The Group Talent Attraction Specialist will develop and execute the recruitment and attraction strategy for the entire group, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    This role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers and Human Capital Business Partners to identify and attract top talent into the business.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Building an employee talent brand for the group
    • Implementing strategies to leverage and share talent across the organisation
    • Developing talent pipelines to support business growth

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

    Responsibilities also include:

    • Job posting and advertising on various job boards and social media platforms
    • Creating compelling job advertisements that accurately reflect the role and company culture
    • Utilizing sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
    • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
    • Conducting first interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit
    • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and job requirements
    • Providing guidance on talent attraction and recruitment strategies and market trends

    Candidate Relationship Management includes:

    • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
    • Providing feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner
    • Preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates

    Reporting and Analytics involves:

    • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities
    • Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends to management

    Requirements and Skills include:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment/Talent Specialist in a similar role
    • 7-10 years talent attraction experience
    • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
    • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
