Facilities Intern - Johannesburg, South Africa - FUCHS LUBRICANTS SOUTH AFRICA (PTY.) LTD.
Description
Your areas of responsibility:
- Assist with routine administration including work order management, Maintain the Keys Register for all buildings on site, Organise and maintain records for delivery notes, disposal certificates and inspection registers.
- Order maintenance material through procurement and ensure that invoices are submitted to revenant departments for further processing.
- Daily monitoring of security systems and report faults.
- Daily monitoring of HVAC performance and report variances.
- Weekly inspection of fire sprinkler system and report faults.
- Ensure that facilities related inspection checklists are filled accordingly.
- Assist with the administration of waste across site including reconciliation of waste manifests, collection slips, weighbridge slips, disposal certificates and invoices.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- (NSC) National Senior Certicate.
- Qualification in Facilities management, Business administration, construction management, project management or equivalent technical qualification (essential).
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel,outlook, powerpoint).
- Knowledge of SAP (preferable).
