Our client, a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry leader, is seeking a
Logistics Manager to oversee the entire logistics department in Cape Town.

The Logistics Manager must be on standby (according to the needs of the business).


Salary:
R R50 000 per Month CTC


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the QSR industry.
  • Experience managing truck fleets, drivers, delivery, and dispatch operations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and policies related to the logistics function.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that support the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the logistics team and oversee all aspects of the truck fleet, drivers, delivery, and dispatch.
  • Manage the inventory control and distribution management processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and thirdparty logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies related to the logistics function.
  • Develop and implement costsaving initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Prepare and present logistics reports to senior management.

Salary:
R40, R50,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- logistics management, preferably in the QSR industry: 5 years (required)
- managing truck fleets, drivers, delivery: 5 years (required)
