Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our team at Planet10.

About the Role

The Payment Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing second-line support to customer queries for payments, card, and product. This includes bank account reconciliations, investigation and resolution of unreconciled items, processing of internal and external payments, and payment remediations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support to customers and internal stakeholders on payment-related queries and issues.
Conduct thorough investigations and resolve payment-related discrepancies and errors.
Process and manage internal and external payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

Tertiary education in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or science.
Minimum 5 years' experience in payment-related roles, with a strong understanding of payment systems and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex payment-related issues.
