Branch Manager

Salary highly negotiable

Business Degree or related qualification. Min 5 years relevant Management experience. Knowledge of Material handling Equipment, including parts and service.

Direct all operational aspects including distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration and short term rental and sales.

Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.

Meet goals and metrics.

Manage budget.

Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to staff.

Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.

Stay abreast with competing markets and provide reports on market movements and penetration.

Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
