- Define and build automation for critical parts of the pipeline, particularly in the automated provisioning of test data and environments
- Create, execute, and maintain performance scripts
- Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions
- Develop strategies to address non-functional requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
- Advise other teams on how they can refine their test approaches
- Integrate test frameworks into a Jenkins pipeline

- Experience building test automation solutions using common open-source tools (e.g., Selenium, Serenity, , K6, REST Assured, Appium)
- Direct coding experience in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript on Linux
- Experience working in Agile teams
- A demonstrable knowledge of Git/Bitbucket and Agile tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Slack)
- The ability to build stable, fast test automation solutions
- Strong understanding of test approaches, methods and techniques
- Specification by Example and how to implement
- An understanding of why DevOps isn't just Ops
