Minimum qualification:
- Relevant undergraduate degree such as commerce, education, social sciences or marketing.
Experience: - Higher education experience will be advantageous.
Functional and technical competencies: - Product knowledge (to be acquired after appointment).
- Well-developed MS office skills (Excel essential).
- Proven experience to manage and track daily, monthly and annual targets.
- Great presentation skills.
Other requirements: - Mostly on the road to visit schools – must be able to travel locally.
- Valid driver's license and own transport is essential.
- Able to work some weekends and some evenings.
Responsibilities:As the Customer Relationship Marketer, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Input into segmentation strategy – continually review the strategy and identify new segments and markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with current top feeder schools (existing accounts).
- Build relationships with other schools based on segmentation strategy (new accounts).
- Initiate and facilitate/ (lead generation activities (presentations, events, etc.).
- Facilitate early school interventions (with a long-term business development focus).
