To provide expertise advice and support the financial advisory philosophy and framework across the end-to-end product matrix to achieve our front-line sales objectives through coaching supervision and enabling Money Managers and Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers to provide the best advice to our clients that adheres to business rules and FAIS requirements.The role requires developing insights into situations applying innovative solutions making organizational improvements ensuring compliance legislative audit requirements adherence relevant processes participating oversight rendering financial services ensuring financial advisory philosophy is understood efficiently adopted coaching mentoring front- line sales roles participating specialist communities practice contributing own organizational knowledge improvement knowledge sharing sales teams maximize skills required using FNB Advice philosophy advice processes assisting upskilling sales roles improving sales skill achieving pre-determined team sales targets facilitating conducting hands-on training front-line sales roles part of financial advisory capability improvement process actively coaching providing advice solutions products processes improve sales techniques skill business performance adjusting approaches different audiences tracking controlling influencing business activities increase supervised deals ensuring solutions advice provided clients by sales teams meets set standards protocols enhance service mitigate risks driving delivery exceptional advice appropriate solutions proposals clients maintaining expert knowledge specific products pricing application procedure processing timelines drive implementation.
