Description
Leading FSP in Bellville is looking for Lead Consultants.

Opportunity to work for a well-established financial company that offers great benefits, vibey working environment and opportunity to grow.
Successful applicants will be responsible for generating leads for the Sales Team.


Responsibilities:

Sales of insurance packages to potential clients.
Achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Adherence to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk.
Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements.
Resolve complaints and objections.


Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification.
at least 3 years of Outbound Sales experience.
Previous financial services experience.
Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements


Hours:

Willing and available to work overtime as and when required by the business
Monday

  • Friday 08:1516:15 (normal office hours)
Wednesdays 11:00 - 19:00 (normal office hours)

Marathons run from 08:15 -19:00

If overtime is required by the business it will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:15 -19:00
