    We're looking for a dynamic Technical Lead to drive our software development team forward. As the Technical Lead, you'll collaborate closely with the Software Delivery Lead to design, lead, and implement cutting-edge technical solutions.

    You Bring:

    • A minimum of 7 years' experience within a development environment.
    • Proficiency in architectural design principles and fundamental concepts.
    • Demonstrated mentoring/leadership skills.
    • Detailed knowledge of the SDLC and management of software projects.
    • Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership:

    • Provide technical guidance to the Team through collaboration sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives.
    • Engage regularly with software architects to ensure development meets architectural guidelines.
    • Work with other developers, designers/analysts, and architects to deliver solutions that meet application requirements and performance goals.
    • Ensure high-quality code is reviewed and maintained.
    • Drive the adoption of processes within the Team to achieve technical throughput rates and effective resource utilization.

    Quality of Software Implementation:

    • Rigorously test solutions before deployment and establish standards for testing within the Team.
    • Deliver complete and technically appropriate solutions, thoroughly tested.
    • Provide relevant documentation to support teams and reduce development support load.
    • Develop a quality mechanism to analyze solution faults and provide reports prior to critical failure.
    • Maintain system quality by developing solutions that can be easily modified by future developers.

    Initiative and Innovation:

    • Implement improved processes that positively affect the Team's performance and company bottom line.
    • Anticipate and address technical problems and opportunities immediately.
    • Take an active role in problem resolution, working beyond standard hours if necessary.
    • Acquire and implement new knowledge and skills within the Team and wider group.
    • Evaluate techniques, technologies, tools, and processes against industry best practices.
    • Promote new ideas, challenge the status quo, and encourage innovation.
    • Adapt to change with a growth mindset, handling pressure well and demonstrating resilience.

    Knowledge Share:
