Inhouse restaurant of an upmarket retail store seeks an experienced QSR restaurant manager with:- Matric and hospitality management qualification
- Strong restaurant management experience in upmarket QSR outlets
- Dynamic and energetic leader to lead and develop a good team with passion
- Strong communication skills to deal with demanding clients
- Very good administrator with strong enumerative skills
- A good understanding of budgeting and the ability to work within set budgets
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- Shift and weekend work applies
