    Senior Manager - Head of IOT Solutions ICT Center of Excellence

    The Senior Manager - Head of IOT Solutions ICT Center of Excellence will lead the development and execution of end-to-end comprehensive solutions within a business line area, aligning with broader business line and MTN organizational goals. This includes strategy development, business line solution leadership, business operations leadership, financial management, governance, risk, and reporting, as well as continuous improvement and people leadership.

    This role requires a strong background in technology systems, preferably in telecommunication management or information technology. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and commercial roles, with senior management experience in a commercial/telecommunications environment. They will also have worked across diverse cultures and geographies, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth strategy and P&L management, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment and collaboration across the entire solution lifecycle. They will also be required to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, security, integrity, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    In terms of qualifications, a 3-year degree equivalent or 4-year tertiary qualification in technology systems (telecommunication management/information technology) or related is required. An MBA/Masters is advantageous. The salary range for this position is R1,200,000 - R2,500,000 per annum.
