    About the Role

    As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to own the customer relationship, professionally process all customer calls, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide Simply Brilliant customer service by actively listening to customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and consistently deliver high-quality service.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, adhering to Data Protection Act guidelines.
    • Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments to resolve account-related queries and technical issues.
    • Support Account and Service Managers in ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
    • Promote up-sells and cross-sells opportunities where applicable, aligning with company branding.
    • Maintain excellent attendance standards, meeting punctuality expectations.
    • Participate in personal accreditation programs, striving for a minimum 90% pass rate.
    • Contribute to additional tasks assigned by management in the best interest of the company and customers.
    • Performance will be closely tied to the company's bonus scheme (where applicable).

    Requirements

    • 6-12 months experience in BPO Insurance/Financial Services - Essential.
    • Background in Financial Sector/Banking/Insurance/Fraud – Preferred.
    • Matric or equivalent education.

    What We Offer

    We offer an attractive salary range of approximately $35,000-$50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
