    • Bookkeeping Duties: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties
    • Financial Transactions: Recording financial transactions on QuickBooks
    • Bank Account Management: Processing/reconciling group bank accounts and general ledger accounts
    • Month-End Journals: Processing month end journals
    • Invoice Capture: Processing/capturing invoices/bills etc on QuickBooks
    • Creditor Reconciliation: Reconciling creditor recons and payment listing
    • Supplier Accounts: Ensure supplier accounts and ageing are updated
    • Reporting and Data Analysis: Reporting and data analysis current and history
    • Financial Filing: Maintain organized and secure financial filing systems
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
    • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
    • Ad-Hoc Duties: Assisting in various financial and Adhoc duties when required
