Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining debtors files
Debt collection
Maintaining debtors contracts
Sending client account statements
General debtors admin
Liaising with clients
resolving general client queries
Filing
Client web service management
Diary Management
General office admin support
Data-capturing
Processing of customer invoices
Minimum 2 years debtors experience
A relevant tertiary education
Clear communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of accounting systems and processes
Ability to work independently
