Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes creating and managing job descriptions, interview questions, and requisitions, as well as sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and campus events.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
Developing and implementing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
Managing day-to-day recruitment activities, including screening and interviewing candidates
Overseeing the creation and management of requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates
Implementing recruitment best practices to ensure that we attract the best-qualified candidates and stay ahead of industry trends

Additional responsibilities include:

Developing unique training programs to fulfill employees' specific needs and maintain or improve job skills
Creating, organizing, planning, and presenting various forms of skills development for employees
Assessing training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with managers
Developing collaborative employee development partnerships with department leadership and HR support teams

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field, with at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role. Proficiency in social media, CV databases, and professional networks is also required, as well as knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum
