    Job Title: Personal Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the owner and be responsible for managing various tasks and projects.

    Requirements:

    • Matric certificate, valid driver's license, and own vehicle
    • Clear communication skills in Afrikaans and English
    • Basic knowledge of Pastel software advantageous
    • Well-groomed and professional appearance
    • Good telephone communication skills and etiquette
    • Intermediate computer skills, including typing, Outlook, MS Word, and basic Excel
    • Experience with medical aids and reimbursements advantageous
    • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and photo and video editing programs

    Duties:

    • Receiving customers and handling all incoming enquiries
    • Managing appointments and diary management for staff members
    • Performing general administrative tasks for the owner
    • Managing email correspondence
    • Compiling quotations and following up on receipt
    • Receiving and placing orders, and managing stock
    • Managing follow-up with medical aids and other reimburses
    • Editing reports
    • Administering accounts on Pastel and paying creditors on a monthly basis
    • Managing payroll submissions to the accountant
    • Managing social media platforms

    Salary:

    R23,000 per annum, dependent on experience
