    The Bright City Talent is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team.

    This role will play a key part in driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective identification, qualification, and closing of new customers.

    As a Strategic Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to protect and grow revenue.

    You will employ consultative sales strategies and well-planned customer visits to execute on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Additionally, you will plan, document, and record sales data on the CRM to streamline pipeline management and optimize the pipeline for maximum sales potential.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who excels at achieving sales targets, is motivated by results, and enjoys engaging with customers on a daily basis.

    We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, possessing excellent communication, time management, and planning skills.

    The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
