Description
Requirements:
- Available for 12 Trail shifts
- 4 Years Experience in atleast a 300 seater restuarant
- Hands on In kicthen with admin experience
- Relevant Culinary qualification from a reputable institution.
- At least 4 years' experience in a upmarket environment
- Experience in and up to date with international food trends.
- Strong leader with the ability to train and mentor a team.
- Knowledgeable and creative to cater for diverse dietary requirements.
- Understanding of best practices in terms of Health and Safety and HACCP regulations and practises.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent organizational, administration skills and stock management skills.
- Computer literate
- Valid SA Drivers license
- Stable employment history and contactable references.
