    Job Title: Talent Management Leader

    **Job Summary:**

    The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of talent management programs, ensuring alignment with The Foschini Group's (TFG) objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in learning solutions design, stakeholder engagement, and budget management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement leadership development programs to meet TFG's business needs.
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions and manage nomination processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply new learning concepts where relevant.
    • Contribute to strategy development and ensure alignment with business needs and the talent framework.
    • Work with the skills team to maximize funding opportunities and achieve BBBEE scorecard points.
    • Manage external vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient allocation of the training budget.

    Requirements:

    • 10-12 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in an L&D or similar role.
    • Proven track record in a similar position, with strong knowledge of current industry trends.
    • Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
