Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ICT strategic planning, operational plan implementation, and team performance monitoring. This individual will develop and execute plans to deliver on organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Develop operational plans that align with the ICT strategic plan, focusing on delivering organizational objectives.
- Monitor team performance against strategic and operational objectives, providing regular progress reports.
- Ensure management of all compliance with applicable legislation, as amended from time to time.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets for infrastructure and service delivery, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Governance and Compliance
- Implement and monitor governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Cyber Security
- Design, implement, and maintain the organizational Cyber-Security Plan, ensuring the security of information systems data.
- Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization.
- Ensure that ICT security audits recommendations are implemented, maintaining a secure environment for the organization.
End User Support
- Provide support to end-users, addressing their technical needs and concerns.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in IT (Non-negotiable)
Security Certifications (CASP+, CISSP, OSCP, CISM) (Non-negotiable)

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience incorporating desktop support, server support, business systems, security, procurement processes, and project management. A financial services background experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate must be able to work full-time on-site in an office-based position and have experience working in a system development environment with on-premise and off-premise experience.
