    Job Description:

    The TA Sourcing Analyst is a subject matter expert in candidate search and attraction and is responsible for ensuring the best possible talent is considered for the Company.

    The Sourcing Analyst will translate the Hiring Manager's needs into the market offering, provide market insight in terms of candidate's base and availability, conduct candidate search, initial selection and screening as well as maintain talent pools and develop market mapping. They will partner with the recruiter to develop a high-quality shortlist for the hiring manager.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Be fully accountable for the candidate attraction and proactive candidate shortlisting.
  • Source potential candidates using job boards and social media and engage with prospective candidates via email/telephone
  • Build and maintain a database of Talent using the Applicant Tracking System
  • Understand job profiles and influence adverts, based on market data/intelligence
  • Ensure engagement with Talent Pipelines is relevant, consistent and timely
  • Provide Recruiters and Hiring Managers with relevant market insight into candidate availability
  • Initiate and maintain communication with passive candidates and referrals
  • Maintain latest and accurate candidate information in recruitment system
  • Continually identify process improvement opportunities in your area of influence and communicate these appropriately
  • Establish effective working relationship with recruiters and hiring managers; assist them in matching their needs to the market offering
  • Demonstrate excellent candidate management skills and ensure positive candidate experience throughout screening and selection process
  • Work towards a set of SLA's and objectives
  • Constantly grow market expertise to help Hiring Managers make informed decisions in the recruitment process
  • Qualifications:
  • A relevant Bachelor degree qualification or recognition of prior learning with a sound knowledge of Sourcing and Recruitment
  • EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years' experience in Sourcing / Headhunting of candidates
  • 3 years' experience in recruitment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques
  • Experience in enabling technology to deliver recruitment services
  • Demonstrated capability in utilising recruitment systems and tools including social media and AI
  • Good understanding of the mining industry and industry trends
  • Strong PC skills, with a confident approach working with MS Office and various ATSs'
