PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The main purpose of this position is performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Office Administration Degree/Diploma/Equivalent NQF Qualification
Experience: - Three to five year's work experience in the same position
- Experience in ERP system (SAP/SAGE/PASTEL/QuickBooks)
Technical Key Performance Areas: - General office admin (reception & sales)
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Coordinating deliveries (sand & stone)
- Tending to client and staff enquiries
- Effectively assisting and keeping record of return of payments (cash, EFT, card transactions)
- Manage quotations, Pro Forma Invoices and orders
- Collection of fees (outstanding fees)
- Provide data import reports on trucks (Truck kms, sales etc)
- Administration of petty cash
- Maintaining accurate records of documentation related to thebanking of cash received
- Knowledge of Exceed System (Loading quotations forweighbridges & admin related thereto)
- Provide weekly report to direct Supervisor

- Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
- To be reliable, responsible and to portray a positive attitude at all times
- Display levels of patience and work well under pressure
- Offer co-operation to management and staff and maintain a high level of productivity
