    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Diary management, preparing agendas and meeting material.
      • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents, often handling sensitive and confidential information.
      • Take minutes during meetings and provide summaries as needed.
      • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, using discretion and sound judgment to resolve issues or escalate them appropriately.
      • Assist in planning events, booking travel arrangements, processing expense claims, and ordering office supplies.

    • Skills & Knowledge:
