    Description

    Job Title: F&I Manager

    We are seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our team at our Polokwane dealership.

    About the Role

    This is a key position that provides support to our dealership network by delivering efficient services to customers and maximising gross profit through vehicle finance and approved product sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver on agreed performance targets, ensuring high-volume dealership success.
    • Maximise second gross profit and execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
    • Ensure dealership compliance with legislation requirements and maintain accurate records of transactional activities.
    • Conduct financial needs analyses and provide associated sales of value-added finance and insurance products.
    • Manage debtor's book, administer related processes, and provide specialised advice and support to clients.
    • Inform and educate customers to enhance retention and increase sales revenue.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience as an F&I Manager.
    • FECT Retail Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification.
    • NCA accredited RE Certificate and Class of Business up-to-date.
    • CPD hours up-to-date within stipulated time frame.

    Estimated Salary:

    R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, based on market research and industry standards.
