    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
    • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
    • Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred).
