Role Purpose
We need somebody to Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and securing long-term outsourced software testing and QA staffing contracts within financial services, insurance, telecom, and large corporates.
Role Summary
The Enterprise Business Development Director is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value enterprise contracts for outsourced software testing and QA resources. The role focuses on winning new logos, establishing executive relationships, and structuring scalable staffing engagements. Only people with a proven track record needs to apply.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
- Identify and target enterprise clients requiring QA/testing capacity.
- Develop strategic entry points into banks, insurers, telecoms, and fintech firms.
- Build pipeline of multi-resource and multi-year contracts.
Enterprise Deal Structuring
- Sell scalable resourcing models (dedicated teams, managed services, hybrid).
- Position AutomyTest as a flexible workforce partner.
- Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
Executive Relationship Building
- Engage CIOs, Heads of Testing, CTOs, Programme Directors.
- Navigate procurement & vendor onboarding processes.
- Build trusted advisor status.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Track competitor strategies and rates.
- Position AutomyTest against large consultancies and staffing firms.
- Identify whitespace opportunities.
Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Maintain 6–12 month pipeline visibility.
- Forecast revenue and resource demand.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
ü 7–15+ years enterprise B2B sales
ü Proven success selling IT staffing / managed services / consulting
ü Existing network in financial services & insurance preferred
Proven Track Record
ü Won enterprise clients from scratch
ü Closed long-term resource augmentation deals
ü Experience navigating procurement frameworks & vendor panels
Personality Traits
ü Hunter mentality (pipeline builder)
ü Executive presence & credibility
ü Commercially aggressive but relationship-savvy

Compensation Structure (High-Performance Model)
Base Salary (South Africa Market)
Generous basic salary dependant on network & track record total remuneration up to 2 mil per year

Signing & Retention Incentives

· Signing bonus after 3 months
