ResponsibilitiesOpen all drawers in checkout rooms and remove items left by a guestInspect the condition of all furniture for tears, rips or stainsCheck time on clock and TVInspect the condition of amenities in/on desk, drawers, and guest service directoryEnsure presence of fire safety, rate card, and DND signRemove dust, dirt, and smudges from A/C unit, vents, grids and thermostatRestock silverwareGeneral cleanliness of the tablesSet tables with clean, polished, china, silver and glasswareEnsure silverware and glassware is spotlessCore Skills and QualificationsYou will be highly organizedYour outstanding customer relations skillsYour ability to manage stress effectively in high pressure situations so that guests would never sense itYour ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring excellent service levelsYour ability to meet deadlines and achieve high-end results
