    Description

    **Job Title:** Contract WordPress Developer

    We are seeking a skilled Contract WordPress Developer to collaborate with our team on integrating a meeting hosting theme with a plugin and implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) plugin. This role is ideal for an individual who can work independently, deliver high-quality code, and ensure seamless integration of plugins and themes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customize and extend WordPress themes to meet project requirements.
    2. Integrate a meeting hosting theme with a plugin for optimal functionality.
    3. Implement an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) plugin to streamline recruitment processes.
    4. Modify existing plugins and develop custom solutions as needed.
    5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress development.
    6. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
    7. Stay updated on WordPress best practices, trends, and technologies.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
    2. Experience with custom theme development and plugin customization.
    3. Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and plugins.
    4. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
    5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
    6. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
    7. Flexible schedule and availability to work remotely.

    Nice to Have:

    1. Previous experience with meeting hosting themes and related plugins.
    2. Knowledge of implementing ATS plugins or other HR-related solutions.
    3. Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.

    **Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
