TMS Software System Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Clearing & Forwarding Controller with a knack for technology and problem-solving to join our team as a TMS Software System Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and support our Transport Management System to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize expertise in Clearing & Forwarding to troubleshoot and enhance operational processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver top-tier support and solutions, prioritizing client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in the Clearing & Forwarding or supply chain industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of multimodal operations, including imports, exports, pricing, and shipment processes.
• Tech skills: Intermediate to advanced experience and knowledge of TMS systems, such as ShipShape or CargoWise, with proficiency in the following modules:
• POMS
• Automated Client Status Reports
• RCG Manifests
• Bills of Entry
• Customer Invoicing
• Creditors Invoice Capturing
• Balancing File Disbursements
• Revenue Reporting
• Soft skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a client-service focus.
• Additional requirements: A valid Code B driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
