    Job Title: Change Manager Specialist

    About the Role:

    As a Change Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to change management in our business. This includes planning and implementing changes, designing and documenting processes, creating training materials, and tracking timelines to ensure effective management of change.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement Change Management principles and practices using Agile methodology in line with business needs and strategic goals.
    • Provide expert guidance on process, system, tools, methods, communication, integration, and team dynamics through weekly facilitation sessions.
    • Engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple groups with varying wants and needs within the Change Management role.
    • Facilitate Change Management interventions/exercises required to support Rewards Programmes across Business Units and Divisions.
    • Built strong relationships through engagement, regular communication, and feedback with all stakeholders using quality metrics and project status reports.
    • Estimate costs accurately based on client requirements and project scope.
    • Manage Change budget within project scope.
    • Deliver Change Management exercises on target, meeting due dates, budget, and scope requirements.
    • Ensure traceability of defined benefits throughout the lifecycle of the Change plan and escalate any deviations.
    • Manage scope of Change Management requirements, covering client requirements and estimations.
    • Meet requirements by providing advice to stakeholders on the most appropriate Change Management approach, identifying stakeholders, communicating their roles, and defining participation levels in Change Management exercises.
    • Manage each stakeholder group actively through the Change cycle.
    • Conduct business Change impact assessments across processes, systems, and roles according to the Change Management plan.
    • Manage Stakeholders by ensuring understanding of behaviors and operations and defining strategies in the Change schedule.
    • Keep stakeholders and management informed.
    • Ensure the Change Management process is led and supported together with stakeholders.
    • Ensure client needs are accurately captured in scope and signed off by stakeholders.
    • Perform post-implementation reviews and retrospectives/inspect & adapt sessions as required.
    • Allocate sufficient resources to Change Management interventions and exercises.
    • Develops project plans to meet corporate strategic objectives.
    • Ensures standards are followed and communicates status to stakeholders.
    • Designs and implements automated processes that help manage a large number of changes with minimal risk and human error.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Social Sciences.
    • Project Management or Business Management certification, Certified Scrum, or a Certification in Change Methodology.
    • 7 years of working experience in the Change and/or Project environment.
    • Strong background in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies required.
    • Experience in change management and/or quality improvement projects required.
    • 5 years of experience in the change management process.
