    Description

    Job Title: Project Manager

    A seasoned Project Manager is required to oversee projects from inception to completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Determine project scope of work and communicate with internal stakeholders.
    • Evaluate quotes for completeness, accuracy, and cost.
    • Liaise with procurement department to allocate winning tenders.
    • Draw up a project plan and conduct stakeholder analysis.

    Project Execution:

    • Drive take-on meetings with contractor stakeholders.
    • Attend daily project update and planning meetings.
    • Submit daily status reports on project costs and schedule.
    • Manage allocated project team assets.

    Project Close Off:

    • Ensure commissioning and documentation are in place.
    • Capture and submit records of QCP and final costs.
    • Sign off stakeholders where relevant.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Ship Repair Business.
    • National Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering Certificate Class 2 Unlimited.
