    German-speaking Customer Service Representative

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent German-speaking customer service representative to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Resolve consumer complaints with precision and empathy, providing exceptional inbound and outbound telephonic support including chat and back-office services.

    2. Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, both written and verbal.

    3. Offer customer support for travel-related queries, leveraging your knowledge of the airline industry to provide seamless assistance.

    Requirements:

    1. Fluent in German (written and spoken).

    2. 1+ years' experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry.

    3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms.

    4. Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.

    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German).

    6. Problem-solver with the ability to de-escalate complaints professionally.

    7. Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.

    8. Culturally aware and able to maintain composure in difficult situations.
