    Description

    Printer Repair Technician - In House and Onsite

    We are looking for a skilled Printer Repair Technician to join our team at PartServe Channel Support (Pty) Ltd, a leading IT outsource warranty management company in South Africa.

    Our company specializes in out-of-warranty repairs of laptops, PCs, monitors, scanners, and printers from top brands such as Acer, Lenovo, Epson, Canon, Sony PlayStation, Zebra, and more.

    With 5 branches and a focus on spare parts and universal laptop AC adapters, we offer a one-stop solution for IT support needs.

    About the Role

    This is a full-time on-site position located in Sandton, South Africa.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing printer support and repairs both in-house and onsite.

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    1. Matric Certificate
    2. CompTIA A+ Certification
    3. CompTIA N+ Certification
    4. Electrical Engineering background (an added advantage)
    5. At least 3 years' experience in technical printer repairs and customer service
    6. Familiarity with Ink, Laser, Thermal, and Dot-Matrix printer technologies
    7. Valid Driver's License

    Knowledge and Skills

    1. Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
    2. Strong Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
    3. Knowledge of General Administrative and Internal Processes
    4. Technical Knowledge of Different Printing Technologies
    5. Product Knowledge (Hardware and Software)
    6. Good Customer and Interpersonal Skills
